  • Yes. I68 Pistol Fundamentals Course produces your training certificate for Colorado Concealed Carry. I68 PFC is based on the NRA Basics of Pistol Course, and is our foundational defensive shooting course where the client will shoot 150 rounds offered by I68.

  • I68 PFC is a two-day course. I68 ACADEMIC DAY is a 3 1/2 hours classroom portion, usually held on Monday or Tuesday evenings. The client will participate in a lecture and a hands-on portion to ensure the client is ready for I68 RANGE DAY.

    I68 RANGE DAY is held on the following Saturday or Sunday. Clients will focus on the fundamentals of defensive shooting and how to properly and safely draw from the holster place accurate rounds on the threat and safely re-holster. Training usually lasts 4 hours.

  • I68 is available for purchase for all courses. We know it’s very hard to find and extremely expensive, so we offer it to all clients. All you have to do is show up and be ready to train.

    We do NOT sell ammo for personal use. All ammo is for training courses only.

  • I68 offers rental pistols to all clients. A rental pistol is $30 and includes a 9mm pistol, two magazines, and an Outside the Waistband holster.

  • Yes and no. There is not a prerequisite for I68 Pistol Fundamentals Course, I68 Tactical Rifle Course, or I68 Situational Awareness & Preparedness Course, however, all clients must be an I68 PFC Graduate before taking I68 Advanced Pistol Course or the I68 Concealed Pistol Course. This ensures that all clients have the same defensive shooting foundation in which to build upon.

  • For public courses, we require at least three clients for I68 Pistol Fundamentals Course, however, there is no client minimum for the I68 Advanced Pistol Course, I68 Concealed Pistol Course or I68 Tactical Rifle Course.
